Coach & Personal Trainer
My name is Greg and I have been a personal trainer and CrossFit coach for over 6 years. I am passionate about helping people lead a healthy life by teaching functional movements that translate over to everyday life. I have worked with people of all ages including athletes looking to play at the collegiate level, the weekend warrior parent, and even grandparents looking to make daily living easier. Apart from being a personal trainer I have worked in a physical therapy clinic for two years, so I’m well versed in corrective exercises and rehabilitation protocols.
The first session begins with a consultation and thorough assessment to help pinpoint weaknesses, imbalances, and deficiencies to establish a workout program catered to you and your goals. When I’m not at the gym I enjoy hiking, camping, skiing, playing and watching soccer, reading, and cooking.
