Project Bootcamp

A 12 week course of Bootcamp and Nutritional Support starting September 19th.

Bootcamp– Each session will start with a 10 minute warm up.  The workout will be 30 to 40 minutes and typically include the following movements:

  • Push ups
  • Plyometric
  • Interval Training
  • Squats
  • Lunges
  • Burpees
  • Speed Training and Sprints
  • Core Strength

Nutritional Support-

1 on 1 Nutrion guidance provided by Liberty Fitness.

Bootcamp Classes will be held:

  • M,T,W,TH,5:00 am, 8:15am, 6:00pm
  • FRI 5:00am ,8:15 am
  • Saturdays 9:00 am

Anyone can join bootcamp classes at anytime and classes run every week all year.  The 12 week group program occurs quarterly to give people to opportunity to combine a nutrition support group and new workout program together.  We welcome any new members when they are ready.  Please contact us for more information.
