3 position Squat Cleans
Position 1: High Hang
Position 2: From the Knees
Position: From the Ground

Workout: Back Squat

1-10-1-20-1-30 reps


Full Range of Motion

Why is full range of motion in all movements important? For starters, correctly engaging the joints and muscles can drastically decrease your chances of injury. Reaching full range of motion will also increase your efficiency in your lifts therefore increasing your performance. And who doesn’t want that!?
